Donland have been maintaining this multi-tenanted building for over 20 years. It houses many prestigious clients over 130,000 sq ft of office space and is a well-known landmark in Twickenham.

We have had a residential engineer on site during which time the property has changed and been refurbished many times, with new services added and different HVAC systems installed for various tenants. We have managed to adapt to the new technology and provide an uninterrupted service for the landlord and tenants.
